Relax, refresh, and restore with our Gentle Yin & Restorative Yoga. Let go of the day – unplug, disconnect, and recharge. We'll start with small, gentle movements and stretches to warm the body. We will then move into gentle Yin poses, which are long held passive floor poses to permeate deep into the connective tissue, release blockages and increase energy flow. From there, we move into the restorative practice enjoying deep relaxation through the use of bolsters, blankets, and blocks allowing you to settle in and settle down. Focusing on breath work (Pranayama) and meditation, this self-care class is just what’s needed to keep you going throughout the week.
