Gentle Yoga & Meditation - Livestream

Our gentle yoga and meditation class is practiced in a slow, nurturing and soft pace. A time to cultivate strength and peace. Postures taught in a gentle flowing sequence supported by the breath. This class meets you where you are with an opportunity to connect mind-body-breath before being led through a guided meditation. This is an all level class, appropriate for stress reduction, newer students as well as seasoned yogis looking to slow down and deepen their concentration within their practice.
