Prenatal Yoga & Breathwork Zoom
An energizing class combining a movement flow with some strength and conditioning geared towards pregnant folks, however all are always welcome! Starting with a check-in, we’ll move into breath work followed by a mobility focused flow and medium intensity strength workout with options for using bodyweight or adding a dumbbell or weight of some sort (household items). We’ll end with a mobility focused cool down and savasana and another check-in to see how you’re feeling and if you have any questions. Combining a strength building practice with both energizing, relaxing and restorative based prenatal yoga is a great way to prepare your body and mind for birth and postpartum.
