Chair Yoga - In Person

Service Description

This "in-person" class is for anyone who would appreciate the practice of using a chair for support and stability, as well as individuals who are recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. All postures are done either sitting or standing using the back of a chair for support. This class is offered through Mountainside Active Retiree's. The first class is always free, and if you'd like to continue, payment would be made through Mountainside Borough.
