Service Description

This trauma sensitive practice is welcome to all that could benefit from a space created with an intention of support, choice and a healing environment. The approach for this practice is completely choice based as we find space to connect to our body & our breath and make choices based on this connection and awareness. This will be more of a slow flow type class with a short guided meditation, breath work and perhaps ending in a restorative shape, with the offering of journaling if interested. These classes are free to all and offered weekly.
