Gently Moving into Yoga Nidra

Service Description

We'll start with grounding and breath work, with some gentle movements and stretching. You will then be guided through the practice of Yoga Nidra, systematically led towards complete mental, physical, and emotional relaxation. Through this process, the subtle energy channels are revitalized. It is helpful for stress reduction, insomnia, fatigue, depression, anxiety and general well-being. Recent studies now show that dopamine levels can increase up to 60% after doing this practice. You can be laying down or seated and encouraged to have a few blankets and pillows available to be super comfy. No experience necessary.
